An Invitation to Join the Catholic Church
RCIA news: Come encounter Christ as a Catholic. Fall classes are now forming for anyone interested in learning more about the Catholic Church. Also, if you are a baptized Catholic and you are in need of additional sacraments (Eucharist and/or Confirmation, the RCIA is for you. Please call the parish office and speak with Deacon Frank, Mon – Thur between the hours of 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.

NEW CCE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Registered member of Notre Dame. We will need your Parish Identification Number
(PIN) to process your registration.
2. Pre-school children must be 3 yrs. old by September 1 in order to enroll for that year.
3. Birth and Baptism Certificate: If child is baptized, please bring a copy.
4. FEES per family are as follows:
One child $60.00 total
Two children $90.00 total
Three children or more $120.00 (Maximum)
There will be an additional $120.00 fee for all Confirmation students at the time of registration for Retreat.
And an additional $15.00 fee for Eucharist II students (those preparing for First Communion) to cover cost of the preparation book.
Out of Parish fee - $120.00 each child.
Registration fee is due at registration. However, no child will be denied religious education for financial reasons.

REQUISITOS NUEVOS PARA INSCRIPCIONES
1. Familia registrada en la parroquia de Notre Dame. Necesitamos su Numero de Identificación en la Parroquia (PIN) para poder inscribir su niño.
2. PRE-Kinder deben tener 3 años a partir del 1ro de Septiembre para ser elegibles este año.
3. Necesitamos el certificado de Nacimiento y Bautismo si su niño/a esta Bautizado/a.
4. CUOTAS por familia son como siguen:
Un niño(a) $60.00 total
Dos niños (a) s $90.00 total
Tres niño(a)’s o mas $120.00 (Máximo)
Habrá una cuota adicional de $120.00 para todos los estudiantes de Confirmación.
Habrá una cuota adicional de $15.00 (para todos los estudiantes que están preparándose para La Primera Comunión). La cuota es para el libro de preparación.
Cuota para fuera de la Parroquia - $120.00 cada niño(a).
Cuota pagada el día de la registración. Ningún niño será rechazado de educación religiosa por motivos financieros.
